Francis was at our home recently to help us with an electrical problem. I called him to schedule an appointment and his response was prompt and courteous. He was able to make it out the next day. He completed the task as described and also helped me with a separate electrical project in the home. We plan to use Francis exclusively as our electrician going forward. Could not be more pleased!
Liberty Electrical provided excellent quality work and customer service. Frank took the time to understand what our main project goals were, provided suggestions based on his years of experience, and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the finished job. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Liberty Electrical for all my future projects and would recommend am to anyone.
Francis is an extremely knowledgeable electrician and we were very pleased with the work he did in our kitchen. We have been renovating our home all year and trying to do many things ourselves. Of course, as we are not a trained electricians, we thought it best to call in a professional. I had a particular design in mind and Francis quickly realized that the lights (while very trendy) would not provide enough lighting for our space. He was able to present a complement to the lights I had chosen that did not disrupt my design and added practicality to the most important room in our home. Francis also installed dimmers on all of the lights. I have never had dimmers before and am so glad that he suggested them because I can set the lighting as bright or dim as I need. When I wake up and need to see to make my coffee, but I’m not quite ready for ALL the lights, I can dim to a bearable brightness - And when I’m preparing dinner or working on my laptop sitting at the kitchen island, I can turn the lights to the brightest setting. Francis is prepared and professional, and he makes practical suggestions you may have never thought of. We will have him come back again soon.
Francis is a true professional. Work we had him do was done in a timely manner, very cost effective. Very knowledgeable of all electrical. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
Francis did both inside and outside wiring and fixture installation for me at my DC residence. He solved problems for my poorly lit stairs, installed ceiling fans, outdoor plugs and Ring Security solutions at both back and front entrances. He kept me informed on arrival times and was neat and polite. I will call him again.
After purchasing my house, I discovered a variety of issues with the electricity in the house. So I was introduced to Francis to look at my electrical problem. For the first visit, he walked out the house to test out the outlets and checked the power box, besides checking other problems I told him. Then, he gave me an estimate for the jobs needed to be done in the house. The price is reasonable since my house got a lot of issues. His work was thorough. I feel safe using all the outlets now. On top of that, I got a lot of tips and information from Francis regards electricity. Also, he provided a detailed report after the work was done. I would definitely recommend and use Liberty Electrical again if I have any electrical problems.
